Learn how to quickly and easily create smooth rounded corners using a channel, a marquee, and a blur filter. This technique works in any version of Photoshop and is especially useful if you use an old version that can't create rounded corners well. Most other techniques you see on the net create aliasing which is undesirable.

Press 'U', select the rounded corners from the toolbar, and there you have it.

  ... but many people are using an old version of Photoshop that doesn't have the rounded corner tool. I learned this years ago and still use it all the time.

All you have to do is...
Make a marquee box and go to Select>Modify>Smooth
