    You dont believe in it, but we do. We have been there and done it. We are still proud. Don't blame us. We joined because we wanted to make a difference. You only see what the media wants you to. How can you talk trash if you dont know how it really is. Instead of concentrating on the war, why not look elsewhere to the other places we are staioned, Japan, Europe, the U.S, we are everywhere. We have done tons for others and they didnt complain, instead they said "Thank You". So pull your head out of your A$$ and shut up. Dont put down what you dont know. You dont have to join, but tell us how to live our lives. I know you all will get all pissed off that I wrote this, but I dont care. You talk sh*t and expect for no one else to say something, GROW UP!

    Just a note to all those idiots and sorryass jerks out there who dont know S**t My brother just joined the USMC this past november. He came from one of the wealther neighborhoods in Austin, TX. He spent 3 years trying to get into the USMC and I am damn proud of him. As well as all Marines past and present who have given their lives in countless battles to ensure that people every where have the chance at freedom. So I say THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart to all of the men and women in the USMC.

    They give up everything, their home, their family to go train and fight for our country. Ever talk to them? Every inlisted man I've talked to made me proud, they were so polite, so respecting. I was so proud just to be in their presence and only wish my kids would grow up to act like they did. I don't agree with what Bush does, and wish there could be a better, more peaceful way, but I sure respect those men fighting for us! They are awesome in my eyes, and I say 'God bless them for their sacrifice!' Our boys deserve dignity and honor!

      These men and women are dedicated to their jobs and their country. Who was complaining over the past century when they were repeatedly dying in defense of Europe's freedom, etc.? If you have a problem with their actions, place the blame on their leaders, not on them. It is not the job of the military to dictate where they go or what they do, it is the job of the civilian leadership. They whole reason the military is controlled by civilian leadership is to have (supposedly) wiser, publically elected control over war actions. Knock the policies of the civilian leadership, but respect the dedication and sacrifices of these men serving their country and the often the world at large.
