Movies and magazines have always portrayed the bronzed, tight 'six-pack abs' as the look we should all aspire to - But how realistic IS this goal?

1st of all
If you want a 6 pack you need to take a new look to your alimentation ... No more bread, pasta (or only for diner and only a few) no more potatoes and McDo's, every fast food and pizzas ... And the best way to lose weights is do 10-15 mins jogging in the morning before breakfast everyday you will see in 2-3 weeks the change on your body and no more Cola ... that will kill ya :P

  I can vouch for that personally. I use to drink 8-12 cans of pop (regular) a day once i cut that out i lost 20lbs over 3 months with no added exercise or change in diet. Pop is horrible for you. IMO
