This is just one of his simpler demonstrations. This is an ancient Chinese skill (chi gung a.k.a qi gung) - the master of air & energy inside the body, to do amazing things. Here, he expands and hardens his throat, to allow the two inch iron ball to be swallowed and be stored there temporarily.

Impressive? Not really.
