You can not just trace ANY computer!
Let's say I want to trace your computer, Now tell me how I can do that?
YOU CAN'T!
I would need your IP address!
And an IP address is only your Internet Provider's address, not your Personal Computers address!
So this does not show you how you can trace ANY computer!

- if u have internet
  you have an ip... open start, run and type cmd in the black window type ipconfig press enter and you'll see your ip
