  • Crane folding

I was fine folding along with you until midpoint and your hand covered up the folding techniques.

The same thing... Was hard to see through your hands, and the subtitles alone were'nt enough. Would've been useful to have some sort of audio direction alongside also. You clearly know what you're doing. :o)

    • Sorry about that...

I hope the subtitles will help you figure it out. If not, instructions can be found in many places on the Internet, as the crane is perhaps one of the most common origami figures.

    • Yes, it's a true story.

      http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sadako_Sasaki

The crane folding tradition was made famous in the West by the children's book "Sadako and the Thousand Paper Cranes" by Eleanor Coerr. This book was based on the true story of Sadako Sasaki.

  • Phew, fairly difficult to follow

Mostly because of the way most of the time it's hard to see because your hand was blocking the sight, but in the end i managed to figure it out! Still, video instructions are way better than picture instructions! Thanks for the walkthrough vid!

    • Sorry about that

This was one of my first videos, maybe if I was making it now I would try a different camera angle.

The great thing is there are a whole lot of other videos on this same subject at Metacafe, so people can check out one of them if mine is unclear :D
