    Can it be used for marine applications?
    Like Zenoah engines?
    And, is there a way to calibrate or link 2 of them to change at the same time?

    When the cars comes in for the close up it looks like just a normal 2-speed, plus when u hear the car go you only hear two shifts, I have a 2 speed transmision in my kyosho and it looks exactly like that transmission. If anything the car is 2 speed with a possible reverse gear. That is definatly not a 3

    By just looking at it it seems to be a Traxxas T-maxx with an O.S. motor. The transmission appears to be a stock t-max transmission case, with a few mods done.
    3 gear transmissions have been around for a while now. Cen Racing has had the Genesis with 3 speed.
    Schumaker has a street car with 3 speed. Top end of a 3 speed has proven not to be so high. Several test have been done in rc car action magazine. # gears get you to the top end quicker compared to a 2 speed.

    I think it's a shumacher (dunno how it's spelled) rc car, i remember seeing those with 3 speeds. There's monster trucks right now that have 3 gears AND reverse.

    That thing is idling too high .. wow. And its 2 shifts, 3 gears. Ive been out of this for a while, but 3 gears, shouldnt it be going alot faster hence the need for a 3rd gear? My old 2 speed went faster than that lol.
