    What this is a screen test for you iPod. When you press menu and enter you are rebooting the iPod. When you hold down rewind and enter after rebooting you are booting the iPod into diagnostics mode. This is used to see if there are any problems with your iPod. All that color sequence is is a test to see if you iPod can display all of the colors available. Sadly, there is nothing else that you can do. There is no setting of the color for the iPod. Sorry guys. He made a poor description.
