    ...rabies has no cure, and it's a horrible death... intense thirst, an overwhelming urge to bite and I think convulsions... I'm no M.D. ...but as a human I can't help wondering if a more humane death is possible... some opium derivative perhaps? This is horrible to see , but I salute Metacafe and the person who posted this because I think people should see this... I mean we all know that there is suffering in the world... innocent people die every day by the thousands for a lot of different reasons...but if there is a way to alleviate suffering, why not take advantage of it? my heart goes out to him and his family.....

    • My son died of cancer

      when he was 4 years old , he died on 2004
      and i feel the pains of every parents watching their children suffering and there is nothing they can do
      my son died at home infront of his mums eyes
      the hospital stopped giving him blood plateles anymore because there was no use therefore he was discharged from hospital and was on fluid to prevent him from draught and died 2 days later
      i miss him greatly
      i love you son and i will never forget you
      rest in peace my beloved son
      your dad

      but there actually is a cure for rabies, but it is hurendously painfull and also involves lots of injections directly into the victims stomach.

            It's not for entertainment, it's to spread awareness. Think of it this way, would you rather see the suffering of thousands during 9/11? Or feel empathetic towards the victims of the tsunami that hit a couple years back in Indonesia, and Sri Lanka among other places. Would you rather have not heard about his and become ignorant to what is going on or to be aware of it? I fully agree with the fact that there are some sick fucks that get pleasure from other people's suffering. This is just a reply to your question.

              shots now go in the arm, and are given at days 1,3,7,14, and 28. small needle, and very effective, I have given the series to many, mostly animal care workers, pest control people

In the United States, for example, no better treatment would be available, but maybe such a distressing sight wouldn't be allowed to record. I am an MD, and I do support Vincelopez's views on considering euthanasia in such terminal conditions...
