Good Work
Very nice work boys. Watch the push back technique though. It's very hard to get to work on a larger opponent. It's almost always better to use blending techniques than ones that directly oppose the incoming force. Once again good work.

Coool nice 5 stars from me for the effor...
well some of these tricks look a bit lame, but all i can say is that (i practice aikido for more than 6 years) these moves are done on purpose slowly and the partner or attacker co-operates with the defender because otherwise the attacker would probably break some or many of his bones....=)
in real life (if you manage to use aikido) the attackr would have very many problems already after the firt attack....he would be under so much pain that he would probably faint....
