Just plain drunk...
I used to work campus security (it was a good way to get cheap tuition) and saw a lot of just plain drunk people. This could easily be that. I'm not saying it's not possible that she was drugged, but to me this just looks like she drank until she passed out. It looks like a dorm party.

  I was concerned from looking at her face. It looked more than being drunk to me. I was thinking she may be luky she passed out in front of a cammera in a hall full of people. What if some sicko put something in her drink but she made it out to where people were. You hear about date R**e drugs in drinks all the time. I hope that 't happen to her but what if it did. Drinking can lead to many kinds of horriable things and that is one of them.

People are hilarious when they are drunk or stoned and I have zero sympathy for them getting themselves that way.
