this clip is from a movie that came out last year called "Incident at Loch Ness". a fake documentary about loch ness killing their crew and such, i don't really remember the plot. :p

i don't know if anyone else could tell but the surfacing monster looked a whole lot like a whale coming up for a breath, and since Loch Ness the lake is conected to the ocean that is probably what that was. or this guy just realy likes the attention

Glad to read form other comments that it's not a fake but a clip from a piece of fiction. Because I'd hate to think someone who created such nice visuals would create such bad dialogue (and acting) if they really wanted to fool anyone. Cuz "Holy cow!" is--how shall I put this--not really what anyone would say. The reaction dialogue sounded like what you used to hear in those old Irwin Allen disaster movie crowd scenes. "Oh my! What's that? Golly!"

This shot was CLEARLY done twice. There is a trail left from the first take. It is not real people, I would bet my life on it. Also, the acting in this movie is HORRRRRRRRRRIBLE!

This made the news!? As the "monster" passes the boat and the cameraman looks toward the far shore, you can see a trail of still water left from the previous take. The media will report anything. I think it is like when they report on Santa's position during Christmas.

You see, I may have to wear eyeglasses to correct my vision. But is no F**king way that something was being towed behind any F**king thing. That, boys and girls, was Nessie. Believe it or not!

If you look at the water around the 46 sec mark you can see there is a flat area going off into the distance which indicates that something (ie a boat) has already passed in that direction, im guessing it was towing the fake nessy!

what you're looking at may not have intentinally been fake, but it still is

there was some show on a while back that explained two possibilities:

1. the ripples in the water could just be a shock wave from a fault line at the edge of the lake

2. the waves from a boat could bounce off of the sides of the river and converge in the middle of the river forming ripples and waves that look like some animal rolling over in the water, and with how wide loch ness is the boat that caused the initial waves would be long gone by the time this all occured

for the record, i think the fault line thing is more likely, i dont see how tiny waves from a boat can travel all the way across the lake and back

If people really think a creature of that size can go undetected by man for thousands of years. I was told by some aliens that around 400 earth years ago they collected some nessies from back when they swam in the oceans and travelled through time then put them in vaious lakes around the world as an experement just the same as when they began religion.

at the end of the video you can clearly see the path of the boat stream on the water . the boat must pull the fake creature ... and why the camere did no zoom out tthe view? at the ent of the video anyway ?

Obvious fake to anyone who actually analyzes the video. You can see the glassy streak of water in front of the object, which is obviously where a boat had just past. I am a water skier and I spent six years in the Navy. I know what the water looks like after a boat has just passed. The object is definitely being pulled by a boat. Another thing you can tell is the object rises out of the water instead of rolling out like a whale or a dolphin would. Looks like they are pulling the object with a boat and then use remote controll fins to cause the object to rise up.

The guy who faked the original photo admitted to it on his death-bed just a few years ago. This is a more high-tech fake, with several more folks involved.

That clip looked real enough,i think it probably was.if it wasnt,they made a really good impersonation yo.well actually,u mite think its not even loch ness but,it is.Loch ness is so murky,u cant c through it.u can just barely make out the outline of nessie in the clip.wen shes about 2 go under,an wen she comes out 2 other side.but...i think thers mor than 1 nessie in da loch.my theories 2 long 2 explain.

I believe it's fake. when they first see it they sound like theyr acting.. especially the "whats going on" at the end. the guy in the blue shirt being suspicious the "i admit i saw something but it could be anything" dude had obviously seen the video after, so why would he be questioning it? maybe i look to far into these types of thing.. also the original photographer of the monster admitted it was a fake picture on his death bed. :)

It was probably a carp. Their really big fish. I've seen em before in Lake Winnipeg. They displace just as much and even more water then that.

If you watch when the camera gets to the port side of the ship, you can clearly see what looks to be the path of a passing boat, which just happens to be right in line with the path of this "thing" which is probably just a weighted set of car tires tied to a tow cable.

because loch ness is a open sea loch theres a theory that she leaves the loch and travels to the artic circle for food and breeding, comes back to the loch to give birth and the cycle continues. another thing to think about.. i recently saw a clip of sea creates like sea spiders being bigger ( like 100x's its size)because of the cold water. that could explain nessie's size

but thats kind of a slap in the face for the people they were taping... i guess their little presentation was so boring that the cameraman was looking at other things

The first time i heard about that Loch Ness is 1983. I read about it in a magzine. There was some clear photos of its neck and head.
