    You don't gotta be an addict.
    At my home alley, there's the floor, then a carpeted area with chairs/tables, then behind those, some stools next to taller tables, I was sitting back on those, and someone handed me a little 12 lb'r.
    I threw it from there, and BOOM! Strike.. Surpised me..
