How to get six pack abs. This is the end of my own six pack quest that I started over six months ago when I was 276lb. Today I am down to almost 170lb and I have a six pack!!! If I could do it so can you!!!

  • A good way of life...

    -Before breakfast do some jogging/bicycle for about 10-15 mins

    -For breakfast eat some white-eggs... Only the white with some fruits

    - 3 hours later eat some proteins, Tuna is quite the best

    -For diner eat some pasta but not a big plate with some meat sauces and legumes

    - 3 hours later eat some more proteins

    -For supper eat some chicken or something stron in proteins with low fat

    - Drink water only and often

    -The Jogging and bicycle before breakfast will help you body to eliminate everything you will eat during the day and will help you to stay alert and awake all day long... Eat a lot for breakfast it is where you can eat at will ... And a good training will always help you out in your quest with your 6 pack

      There are some good and bad points here.

      Exercise before breakfast is good. But make sure you still take in some protein like a whey protein shake, just don't take in any carbs.

      Eat breakfast, but with some good carbs like oats, not just fruits.

      Don't eat Pasta, ever, unless it is whole wheat brown pasta.

      Drink water every 2 hours at least and about 10 glasses per day.

      Don't eat as much as yo like for breakfast, still only have a good portion.

      • This is how it worked

        I started my weight loss quest last June. I was then around 124kg. 3 Months later when we saw how well the system worked someone asked me to put everything online so that he can follow what I am doing. So about 3 Months into my own weight loss quest I started the MYSIXPACKQUEST website. So I started 6 months ago, but I only started documenting it online about 3 to 4 months ago and tht is where the 112 days come in.

        And yes I did lose all that weight that quickly, its all documented and was independently tested.

        Hey, i know that it is possible loosing that ammount of weight.. but I wanted to point out your skin...

        You should have clearly signs of stretchmarks on your belly.. but you have smooth skin there.. the skin should be hanging.. at least a bit.. and stretch marks should be there..

        Have you done plastic surgery on your stomac?

        O Yes I do have lose skin, still have it, and O YES I do have stretch marks, still do, LOADS OF THEM!!! They look a lot better these days because I used moisturiser and Vitamin E oil throughout my quest. Also the day before the shoot I used spray tan to get myself a bit browner as I was very white!! And this made the stretch marks a little less visible. But I will in my next video show you proof of all of this.

        I could have looked a lot better on those photos if it was not for the loose skin that is still around. But I wont get surgery, I am not like that, I am juts normal person!

      i do a few crunches on my abs and i get pressure comes onto my back lower back, where its curved, how can i prevent back pain, i am 90kg

      my stomach is the only problem on my body

        When you do your abs exercises, make sure you dont go all the way back down andalso makesure you only do cruches rather then sit ups as these are really bad for your lower back.

        Also if you do weight training with only 30seconds rest between sets it will be as good as cardio.

        I will take your advice, but you know the problem is getting the technique right, the bakc is curved anyway, so i might try some weights on my abs and then do crunches, and i will not use the abs bench for situps,

        Also would you use the abs bench, shall i?

      • There are

        MANY things you can do for exercise. You need to hire a local trainer if you want optimal results. I have a client that is paraplegic, and so far he lost about 30 pounds with me, and that is far worse than bad knees. You CAN go to the gym, but there are many things you can do in home as well. To do exercises safely and with proper form, hire a trainer.. in the end it's worth it.

        I think this Video is 100% fake!!               I started puberty a good few years ago so I had my growth spurt and muscle growth but all my mates had six packs and it's not that I didn't but I didn't have muscles as big as theirs (and I was tired of being flabby) so I tried it and boom I looked cool =P.                 Although, your technique with free weights is a little dodgy — rather than "throwing" them, lift them gradually, you get much more resistance that way!

                                                                  I myself started a weight loss program, and in the past 5 months have lost right at 70lbs. My loss is due to cardio workouts, and a low carb, high protein way of eating. I commend you for putting this on the Internet, hopefully it will inspire others to get active and eat right, and live a longer life. Can't remember the last time I ate Wendy's or one of the many other Junk Food places. Remember, the USA has the highest rate of Obesity, Heart attacks, and Diabetes. We can thank the Big Companies that promote fast food, processed crap, and steroid grown livestock, i.e. chicken, and beef.

                                                                      i have a question, when you were 276lb did you have man boobs' i think thats what is called. the thing is i go to the gym with my mate, he could bench press quite a bit around 100lbs, he's quite a big physically guy. he's got the right bodyshape but needs to tone up a bit. the things that stand out from his body is that he has man boobs. he works hard but he can't get rid of them. he then lost his motivation and gave up. do you know any excercises that could get rid of them and to help re-motivate him because i'm clueless.thanks

                                                                              You look phenomenal. I was wondering how you developed that well balanced upper chest. What I am mean is the pectoral area. I seem to have a problem with the inner part. I do push ups and benches but they only seem to work the outer pectoral and I don't have the equipment at home in order to do dumbbell flys for the inner chest. Have any other suggestions?
