Invisible Folder

If you really want to keep somthing safe just create a compressed (zipped) folder put your files in it add a password and then create another zipped folder and put it in it then add a password to that one and no one can even read the file name or opean the file without a password

OK,.... But ALL Zipped Folders with zipped folders inside and all theese passwords and so one, YOU can put in Invisible Folder! Thinkexsists...

u undo it by clicking it where the name should be to change it 2 whatever u want then right click propoties change icon to what ever u want.

If you cant find it on your desktop create a large selection by clicking in a corner and draging..you will see a small highlighted oblong. Thats your invisable folder.

I can't delete it. I have windows vista. you think that's the problem maybe?

try to renaim the folder and then delete it ... that may work on vista

i got vista also and cant delete the folder
i changed to a normal folder and renamed it but cant delete it off the screen
even when its invisible any1 can click on the square and read the files so i do so what the point of it is

thanks guys but nothing seems to work. i can not rename it or delete it. it has some strange settings now and i can't change them to get permission to change it in any way. If i find a way i let you know.

I have never used vista so I am not sure how closely it functions to XP.. You may want to try going c:\documents and settings\[your account]\desktop\ (or the vista equivalent) and right clicking to delete the folder there. But again, I know nothing of vista so I might be completely wrong.

my folders are like that. watching that was a waste of time...

you can rename it from the dos or the command prompt .... that if you wasn't able to rename them with the right click on mouse
