ive watched a few videos about the invisible folder and i get really annoyed when you prees 0160 on the number line at the top of the keyboard so i made a video to clearly state what to do...... when trping in the code press alt and 0160 on your number pad

  If you really want to keep somthing safe just create a compressed (zipped) folder put your files in it add a password and then create another zipped folder and put it in it then add a password to that one and no one can even read the file name or opean the file without a password

  u undo it by clicking it where the name should be to change it 2 whatever u want then right click propoties change icon to what ever u want.

- Delete it like you would a normal folder...
  If you cant find it on your desktop create a large selection by clicking in a corner and draging..you will see a small highlighted oblong. Thats your invisable folder.

  i got vista also and cant delete the folder
  i changed to a normal folder and renamed it but cant delete it off the screen
  even when its invisible any1 can click on the square and read the files so i do so what the point of it is

  thanks guys but nothing seems to work. i can not rename it or delete it. it has some strange settings now and i can't change them to get permission to change it in any way. If i find a way i let you know.

  I have never used vista so I am not sure how closely it functions to XP.. You may want to try going c:\documents and settings\[your account]\desktop\ (or the vista equivalent) and right clicking to delete the folder there. But again, I know nothing of vista so I might be completely wrong.

  you can rename it from the dos or the command prompt .... that if you wasn't able to rename them with the right click on mouse

How to make it work
right what you do is when entering in the name of the folder hold alt and then press 0160.

then press enter, the folder will appear to have no name, then right-click on the folder and select the tab "customise" along the top, then select "change icon" and selete the empty icon so the folder is not there until you select an area around the folder.
