Bala- asana is a simple relaxing yoga posture which is often done as a " counter pose " after any posture that stretches the spine backward. The posture stretches and relaxes the shoulders , neck , back and thighs. Balasana is usually done just after doing asanas like bow pose , snake pose , etc. Check out the end of the video to see the description of this yoga. Hope you will rate the video on its merit.
