Freecell Secrets

I've been a HUGE fan of freecell over the past 10 years. I've always preferred it over Solitaire due to the simple fact that I thought every Freecell game was solvable. I liked a good challenge and the reward in playing it right (even if it took me 10 attempts) was often worth it.

The way I see it, even if you play Solitaire perfectly you can't always expect to win, and that's sad. I honestly don't understand why people play Solitaire if there is no way to ensure you can actually win. I mean, what's the point in playing then?
