I found this works better with unmodified images, being original images direct from a digital camera. you can usually check if the file is original from the exif data by getting the image file properties and clicking advanced.

this aint working on mine. im using photoshop 7.0. does it have to be high resolution? cuz i tried on sum friends pics lol but nothing dammit haha any suggestions? i even got the same pics as you and tried it but didnt work either
