Using a Photoshop technique you can make an x-ray type filter to see through most any clothing...Just make sure it's light and fairly thin and you should be good! Remember Image>Adjustments>Levels...

I found this works better with unmodified images, being original images direct from a digital camera. you can usually check if the file is original from the exif data by getting the image file properties and clicking advanced.
