- As a person highly trained in Microsoft ...
  even I have to say what he did was take something from someone else and sell it. When this happens in the real world we call this theft. He was part of a group that was trying to make computers easier to use for the basic user. When they made that happen, he took the software, which they as a group were going to give away free, and left with it. Then he sold it, and this is how the first Windows OS was born. I work with Microsoft OSs daily as I'm a network admin, I have that man to thank for my job and life style in a way, even I have to say he was out of line and I can understand why people hate him.
