    not bad, not enough power, too rigid and stationary. Too much repetition and predictability and too few actual strikes integrated into the routines. On the right track though, stop worrying about swing the sticks...... Just get them started and allow your body to move out of their way and you'll discover many new striking opportunities, much more freedom of movement and with time, phenomenal power and accuracy. Oh yes, and stop taking them around your neck! A trained opponent will seize the moment and there are no good outcomes for you in that scenario.
