  • Easiest way to do this is..........

    push the prtscn "print screen" button and ctrl v "paste" it into paint. The video screenshot will not stay, instead you will see the current video playing. You can then edit all around the video as much as you want and still see it play in the background. The video image will not save, instead you'll see a blank "screen"
