    u don't learn those things in jail 4 sure.
    i learned them in the romanian army, when dey took me away when i come bak i could do the pushups with 3 claps, one in the front, one in the back and one more in from.
    Dey r jus to prove ur physical strength dey don't rely work on ur muscles beacause u can't do to many reps, even then the effect of the clap pushup would b the same as the normal push up.
