I just didnt have that much fat on my body. Im guess about 5 or 6 was water and maybe 5 was fat. The rest would have had to been mucle. And and wrestler knows they want to keep there muscle. But yea, i agree with what you said.

I'm with the army guy, but I miss wrestling practices and intensive summer camps, since it's eccentially the same thing. Great video!
