  • I've been using macs every day recently ...

    ... and I have to say, they may be 'technically' superior, and look prettier than a PC, but most features of the Mac OS X are just irritating. I really begin to miss my XP computer here at home when using a mac.

    your video before posting to make sure it isn't defective. The pause two-thirds the way through is not very cool. Besides if Mac's were so great, they would be the dominant OS, but they hardly are!

    • XP is better

      Windows OS is better than MAC... in lot of ways... (games, support, compatibility, software availability, better computer power, better option, less prices, etc) but Vista is not better than XP. XP is a lot better and this is why MS is working on Windows 7

    • I should have also said that I was just like you until about three months ago. I though Macs were terrible but then I got Vista and started looking elsewhere because Vista is terrible.

      Even ever used a 10.4 Mac thats not on a display stand? I think that anyone who is even slightly technically into computers knows that all of these ads are true. I have a Mac, PC and Linux. I have to say that the Mac takes it all. (Ironically, I'm on my PC now installing some of Microsoft's bloated updates to it's bloated operating system.)

      You must be able to design and edit audio/video in a pc without any problem. You find MAYA and more video editors for Windows since some years ago. And the power of one Windows workstation can be 400% or more the power you can find in a MAC because windows x86 and 64 bits computers are more flexible. You can setup YOUR OWN Windows system with 32GB of Ram, Quad dual core, 10 Terabytes hard drives raid 10.. you will never achieve such performance in a mac!!!!

    because they have this program called i movie. I heard it's really great. I have been wanted one since last year in the summer time. But i was suprise when i got a hp laptop. I got this coupon for a free windows vista because it's windows vista compable. I thought vista will stink. But when i research vista.It is better than an windows xp. I wrote this comment with hp laptop.And about that video ad it is LLLLLOOOOOOLLLLLL!

    you know what my bro likes about his mac? the clean desktop dock and magnetic power cord, and the remote he can use for itunes. you know what i like about my PC? is it doesnt come with that stuff, but i can get them, i can get anything, PCs can change into anything you want. you want a dock? go online and get one, you want a magnetic power cord? you can do that if you want, it is the ultimate personal computer, because it can become yours, my comp is an extension of myself, i love my PC. not to mention, mac graphics are really really good. PC's arent as good, but mac is always limited, if you want better graphics for PC you can vamp your set up with some well made programs and some well made vid cards.

    Compairing a MAC to a PC is a bit like compairing a calculator to a toaster. They both perform operations and probably do it very successfully. I think the makers of this advert forgot that PC's can run all... YES ALL operating systems ... from MAC OS to LINUX ...strange that ....oh and they forgot to mention a MAC is a PC same GUTS different OS (Okay the probably mean IBM compatable buts shhhh) Ahh and there is one niggly Point that can't be overlooked Apple MAC's had a 2.4% share of the market in 2006 that means for every 100 machines sold last yer only 3 where MAC's .......hmmmm either all consumers we are all stupid or the PC must have some redeeming qualities. oh and buy the way ..... MAC hosting packages ....Gosh theres loads of them arn't they? ....oh well MAC you seem to have PC's licked.... What do you view this site with reply with PC or MAC and lets see what happens. by the way a PC is for life a MAC is for .....well im not sure maybe for bouncing icons ??
