Professional butcher teaches how to make boneless beef pinwheels. A impressive dinner centerpiece. Great holiday recipe. Beef Florentine is used as an example. Great with sausage, pepper and onion. Even Stuffing.
How many lbs was the piece of meat shown in the video? and how many servings would this yield? great vid! ~thanks
By METAOZZ 1172162194I really enjoyed your new, shorter version of this... and yet, this shows a little more detail. So, both are good.
By Absurdo 1200802835Do you rub it with oil and spice it before putting in oven?
By heerpa 1199124252I simply buy boneless strip steak, cut the provolone into slices that fit the strip, put spinach on top, roll tie,Bake for 35 min @400 deg.
Just my way....either way Yummy Yummy....one of my favorites!!
strip steak is good.. one of the top 3 pieces of beef you can buy... it would improve the recipe however it is a lot more expensive then eye of the round.
By sonicIntoX 1199147965I would like to ask you something, in the moment u put it inside the bake, u put some oil or butter or wine or something? Thank you! I'm gonna make it, seems delicious.
By Joarchaeology 1189747451pour some wine (Burgundy is best) and also lightly season with pepper and salt... even a little garlic.. after you bake, a few drops of wine or vinegar on top of each slice.
you can either bake a hole piece and then slice it, or slice it first and then bake.
good luck.. with a little practice, these come out great.
