  • Great Instructional Video

I really enjoyed your new, shorter version of this... and yet, this shows a little more detail. So, both are good.

I simply buy boneless strip steak, cut the provolone into slices that fit the strip, put spinach on top, roll tie,Bake for 35 min @400 deg.
Just my way....either way Yummy Yummy....one of my favorites!!

strip steak is good.. one of the top 3 pieces of beef you can buy... it would improve the recipe however it is a lot more expensive then eye of the round.

  • Hello

I would like to ask you something, in the moment u put it inside the bake, u put some oil or butter or wine or something? Thank you! I'm gonna make it, seems delicious.

    • Yes!

pour some wine (Burgundy is best) and also lightly season with pepper and salt... even a little garlic.. after you bake, a few drops of wine or vinegar on top of each slice.

you can either bake a hole piece and then slice it, or slice it first and then bake.

good luck.. with a little practice, these come out great.
