A note to children (and adults), please do not attempt this stunt at home. Master Hung's skills take years of dedicated training. He had appeared on national and international TVs and events. This is just one of his simpler demonstrations. This is an ancient Chinese skill (chi gung a.k.a qi gung) - the master of air & energy inside the body, to do amazing things. Here, he uses chi gung to expand and harden his throat. He inserts a two feet iron sword ino his throat and then uses the sword handle to lift up a bucket filled with water. You must check this out!!

  Master Hee Hung Hi's sword isnt sharp but is thin bendable sheetmatal that has been carefully smoothed and polished. This ensures no cuts or scrapes. Also by using a thin (probably 1/8 of an inch) sheetmetal it will bend some, this is how he lifts the bucket of water, so it will not harm vital insides. There is a certain Blonde on the internet who could do better if anyone knows who Im talking about lol

when he lifts the bucket and you see him from the side, you can then see it's fake: Notice how far down he shows you the sword will go down, and then, when he turns to the side, look at the angle of the sword, it should have pierced his back long time ago

Master of Circus-Fu
If this guy knows Kung Fu, Chi Kung, or anything not related to the circus performing arts, I'd be VERY surprised!! There's a difference between doing something outlandish to attract students (bad enough, in my opinion), but doing junk like this and calling it anything associated with martial arts should not be accepted by real martial artists. It only leads the public to further confusion and damages our already tenuous reputation.

  the majority of circus performers do similar tricks - just got to train to get rid of the gag effect - or perhaps that was not just water he was drinking but a mild anesthetic (Tantum Verde or the like) to reduce sensitivity in the throat so he would not gag ...and let's see him cut something with that 'sword' first.
