The Best Buy Mobile team demonstrates how to capture Blackberry Messenger contact information from your friends by taking a picture of your friends’ Blackberry Messenger barcodes. By taking a picture of your friend’s personal barcode with your Blackberry, or visa versa you can collect/give PINs automatically.
Kenyuana: Hello, my name is Kenyuana Conrad from Winston Salem, North Carolina,
Best Buy Mobile today I’m going to be showing you one key feature with the BlackBerry
messenger. So, where you start, you hit your BlackBerry menu icon and go straight to your BlackBerry messenger icon. Right there you’ll see your contact list, with your contact list, just hit the BlackBerry icon and go to add a contact. You’ll see two different ways; the first way is someone can scan your own barcode. This barcode, any one of my friends can take a picture of and my information is automatically sent to their phones. The other way is if you take a picture of their barcode. So no more searching for your PIN, just take a picture and you have it all there for you.
