After an accident at the Trials event in Arlescote, Warwickshire U.K. (the video is also available) this Air Ambulance helicopter was called to the scene. They just landed beside the track, loaded the injured rider, then took off... but this took over 30 minutes because of the amount of precautions and preperations that they have to take.
