Twice as cold as Zero - has an answer!
You question is not complete! If you mean zero degrees Celcius then twice as cold would be approx -8.89 degrees Celcius. If you mean zero degrees Fahrenheit then twice as cold would be approx -32 degrees Fahrenheit.

  everything evolved from bacteria or other unicellular creatures, and guess what? unicellulars exist in the present day. its simply cuz the evolution of a specie doesnt bring forth the extinction of every less developed race. Only if the more developed race uses the same habitat and resources as the less developed one.
