verry nice job, amature work but still e...
the people know verry little about bandwith throttleing and system allocation methods, this is prefered by us techs, the reason is verry simple, teach a person to work on their car and they will possably bcome hokked, however, teach the wrong person to work on their car and they can efectivly do more harm then good, we asume that the people who call us for help are the ones who need help or they could damage it, therefore little to no explanation is required, the number of do it yourselfers who actualy want me to tell them how to fix things and also explain what is going on is below 15% so i simply repair it and they go about doing whatever they do for a living however, this is still good for people to learn basicks about bandwith consumption 5 stars for efort and 3 for work lol..

  You should do it 0% so you will give 0% (meaning no bandwidth) of your bandwidth to Microsoft and if you do it 100% you will give all your bandwidth for all their needy things.
