On the Program: - Cap and trade might be dead in a new version of the climate bill that could be unveiled this week. Sens. Kerry, Graham and Lieberman are reportedly looking at fighting climate change using separate strategies for different sectors of the economy. - Today is the deadline for opposing sides to come to an agreement on the Cape Wind project.
