    E-clinic or E-hospital is the reality not myth ,but even in US and Canada only few medical institutions can realize it .The most obstacle to make it popular is the costs of softwares that need for the system run .

      Vietnam is a "young Tiger" but the VN software developers are very strong ,they export softwares all over the world and the fact that they applied softwares in healthcare showed that they are one of the pioneers of that field .( I know US GOV applied E-prescribing in all american teritory only from january 16 , 2007 in order to reduce the medical mistakes -but in An Khang Clinic, doctors use E-prescribing since June 06, 2006 ahead almost 7 months ).

      In a medium clinic need at least 10 specifically tailored softwares and all they are very expensive, for example the imaging proccessing software like DICOM cost fromm 300000 to 1 million USD and it need correction to meet the needs of certain fascilities.
