doesn't it look like
the bottom of a 2lt pop bottle that was cut to have waves and a nice picture...and plsu if you throw it to far how will you know where it is.

Not a bottle
This is a commercial toy, but you can easily make it, an annular wing... Absolutely useless to the military and nasa.

Save your money...
As a child, we made a paper version of this called a "King's Crown". It may not gyro or fly quite as far, but it shares enough of the aerodynamic properties found in this toy to make it a fun and inexpensive alternative. I agree with nana, this is a glorified 2 liter bottle with its ends cut off!
