This is in Portugal...Lisbon, Campo Grande's Tunnels.

1 - The cab can't see the bike until the bike is on the top of the ramp.. it is very steep.
2 - It's a one way street... the bike and the cop car were going the wrong way.
3 - Serves well to the two guys that were evading.. it's a pity that this doesn't happen to all bike thiefs or drunk ignorants who have no respect for other peoples lifes.

If it had been a person or an animal, cab driver and others would reacted diferently.

Would you keep on speaking normaly to the cab driver while a child or an animal is passing by in front of you?

Extraordinaria toma, pero del choque aparecen tres personas, dos se levantan y huyen, pero hay una tercera que parece, de un niño que se levanta y camina, es real o efecto de la toma.
