that was in the back room and backed out into the hall while the old lady was fighting with that dude. In the middle of the tape. You'll see him. What a pansy. Kudos to the family though but they should have let him into the glass doors right away and he would have been trapped there till the police got there and no one would have gotten hurt and nothing would have been busted. But i got to see it from the outside so my vision was a bit clearer i suppose. Lesson is:
