You can do it with norton ghost too,I've done this a lot before I made this cd,but I consider it is best to install a fresh copy.The Norton overwrites data!!What ever solution you chose is ok so PEACE.

  keep the system and the data on different partitions so you can overwrite with Ghost.

burn de cd,boot,select de partition were you hant to install windows and go take a cafe or watch tv,windows will install himself!!!
no more next,enter key,time zone ... etc!!

  But as a windows user you should know that it will come the day (in 2-3 months or earlier) when your windows will crash and you should have some useful tool at your hand, and I could bet that everybody has had enough with windows installation procedure.
  so this is handy!!! Create it and you wouldn't need to get trow that procedure anymore.Make a Cd and after you set the partition where you want to install the windows you can go play soccer or what ever you like.

- every once in a while u should reinstall...
  you should do it like that because it is easier if you want to install the windows and you don't want to stay in the front of the computer to click next .. next ...
  now you should let your installed windows as it is and when it will begin to work hard you should reinstall and it is easy just to have a cd like that. Peace!
