    as i watch this video im brought back to sept 16 1986 on my 17 b-day i reported to parris island this video brings back so many memories of the core then i think of my buddies ive lost along the way in different places.and i wanna cry they lost there lives and i miss them

    If you're thinking about going to the Marines, and you even think you have enough balls, go for it. If you can make it through, you won't regret it. In retrospect, Drill Instructors will be your favorite people in the world.

  • this is a great documentary

    nothing funnier than seeing recruits get slayed into the pits of sands. where minutes turn to eternity. it wasnt funny when i was there. but looking back it was alot of fun.

    I miss it. Alot. It may seem hard to believe, but life was alot easier and less difficult there than it is out here. Oorah and Semper Fidelis to all Marines, either salty gunnys or fresh recruits.
