Do you really think we couldn't win?
The U.S. is superior. The issue is, do we want to destroy the whole country and the innocent people. The U.S. could obliterate Iraq without a doubt. It could obliterate the whole Middle East. Fortunately, we do care enough to try to target only the "bad guys" as best as we can. That is why we use precision bombs. The insurgents kill anyone!
The issue is our society believes in the sanctity of life and would cry bloody murder if we went in and just leveled the country. No, we are not "pussies". When we really need to we can destroy an enemy mercessly. Look what we did to Japan.

  the bombs we used against Japan are like a nine millimeter to an artillery shell compared to what we have now. The entire middle east, hell the entire sub asian continent could be obliterated within a few hours should we wish it. Of course, you folks are doing a fine job at tearing it apart yourself.

What?
Neither the F-15 or F-16 were made by Boeing. The F-15 was made by McDonnell Douglas and the F-16 was made by General Dynamics and Lockheed Martin.

Also, a couple of the shots in the video are of and F-18. This is the Hornet and is a Navy and Marine plane also made by McDonnell Douglas.

Nice Jets
These designs have been around for about 3 decades and they are still top dogs.

They didn't show much of the F-16 though. And at the end when the craft are landing they had an F-18 in there.
