  I think it's basically just folk musuc from thre Peruvian Andes - not sure if there's actually a specific name for this particular genre. If you want to hear more, try an album I have called "El Cumbre" (The Summit) by a group called Sukay. It's EXCELLENT!

Extraordinary!!
I have always lamented the recording industry spoon feeding us the likes of Beyonce, Britney, snoop dog etc. The real talent of America is an untapped and sadly unknown resource begging for a small break to be heard. If it takes performing on the street, so be it.
I hope this group finds their place. I will be cheering them on.
