    Some of the comments were fair if a little harsh.

    Probably better to slow the reps down and go for a full range, also try it with the bar at about an inch from touching the chest.

    There was a lot of back arching, as well as using the lumbar as leverage, this is poor technique.

    I also noticed here that you were holding your breath, not a good idea as it increases blood pressure and lead to dizziness, blackout or even burst blood vessels
    Go for quality not quantity

    Do proper reps and your number will half i guarantee it. Like the others said, for a rep to count you must have proper pressing form. That means your back does not lift and your legs do not shake uncontrolably. In my opinion your not much stronger that many high schools seniors. You've just perfected how to cheat at bench pressing with poor form and i imagine very little compound strength.

    doesnt look like 225lbs to me, and also that tecnique is awfull, i hope hes just doing that to show off because training like that will damage your body rather than make it stronger.... do u do bodybuilding yourself bigal??? wouldent mind talkin to you on msn if u do, ive been bodybuilding for 1 year now and just like some varied opinions!!!
