actually Super G, not SuperS. The link to it is right on the description of the video to the right of the girl's photo. This method used in this video is very tedious and a much easier method is to go to the KEEPVID web site and it will convert any of these videos automatically into any format you want and lets you download the conversion back to your computer. A much easier method for smaller video files (does have a limit on size, though).

help! i was able to follow your instructions but when i try to play it using windows media player and winamp it doesnt show anything only the sound play.
