    without installing firefox is instaling the utility form veoh site and after download use total video converter... a very clean and easy software

    actually Super G, not SuperS. The link to it is right on the description of the video to the right of the girl's photo. This method used in this video is very tedious and a much easier method is to go to the KEEPVID web site and it will convert any of these videos automatically into any format you want and lets you download the conversion back to your computer. A much easier method for smaller video files (does have a limit on size, though).
