- You dont need this tracert crap
  Ip-adress.com allows to enter websites too. You dont need the tracert crap. Fill in google.com for example in ip-adress.com. It will work.

what about accuracy
i believe you are tracing the ip address of the ISP, not of the real location of the person, and the ISP sever might be far from the real location by miles

  That's how it works! Otherwise IPS's are going against a privacy act on you home address. They are just addresses of the IPS service center. I guess its cool if you want to know where to go for a major hack;)

its cool, and thank you for your idea, but I'd like to add somthing if you don't mind.

when you apply the tracert in command promte you don't have to wait , just break the command up by clicking "crtl+C" because you will find the ip at the first line,

or

its also good if you use ping you will get the same result.
