I use a highly modified Utility Truck to jump from Las Venturas Airport to just outside San Andreas City Limits. Over 5000 feet.

I can make car go fast.
Just go to the file in gta sa named data and open the handling with wordpad and change the speed even up to 99999999999999 km/h :D
