i'll give u a 5 on just the clarity of ur video. and the british accent. an explanation of what each unchecked item did would be useful.

I didnt uncheck specifically evereything you did but i unchecked stuff that i dont use anymore like old programs and programs that i dont use all the time.

1) don't change anything you don't understand...
2) download ccleaner and use it (its free)
3) download spybot S&D update and run (also free)
4) Always back up your comp before tampering with your computer. As if you didn't know about startup programs etc before, you got a pretty high chance of messing things up.

Not everyone has the same config as you do. So the quicktime task at startup, nvidia control panel and so on, might not even exist in other people's setup.

Also, indiscriminately unchecking rundll32, may have adverse effects. Learning/teaching which startup tasks are essential is must before suggesting people go playing in there!!

Speakers/Creative Inspire T6100 5.1 surround sound.
22Inch LCD HDMI Monitor.
Microphone+headset(uncommon brand) but works well.

'cause if you don't know what a process does, you should check out what it is first. processlibrary.com has a large database of background / tray processes with more often than not a definition on them and whether it's wise or not to disable them :)

i know its a good way but you have got too many instructions so i cant do it. on the other hand...........it also makes my friends happy
