    They do not HIT the horses they simply use the whip as a training aid. They just touch the horse on different parts of its body so it performs different types of movements, i have worked with Lippizaner horses and i have also attended their training schools in Vienna and practiced their teaching on many of my own horses.
    Their way of teaching is to ask the horse to perform not to tell it, and if the horse didnt want to perform they either asked the wrong question or asked the question wrong. Also if a horse didnt want to perform it would simply . . . not perform!!!!!!

    to say ANIMAL CRUELTY!!! that's what it is, does not matter how cool it looks the way they use to get these horses do that show is hitting them and intimidating them, but...it does not surprised me coming from the same people who kill bulls just for fun.
