this video was taken in a tradeshow in Tokyo. On the booth of this company was a "maid cafe".
A maid cafe is a place where the waitresses are dressed like "old school maids" and talk to you like you are their master...
This is part of the CosPlay (Costume Play) culture of Japan.
In addition, they had a show where people could win an iPod by playing "stone, paper, scissors" with the maids...
