  • Just amazing...

how a natural phenomenon can be expressed in mumbo jumbo and then patented.

    • Unsaturated Hydraulic Flow

Heat/Thermal Conductivity is mentioned in around 60,000 issued patent, but fluid conductivity as Unsaturated Hydraulic Flow just in 17 patents and three are mine. How come? Just a scientific and technological gap because it appeared in Soil Physics literature in 1907 by Edgard Buckingham. There is no wick/wicking in Hydrology because of Thermodynamics compliances. Also, wicks do not transfer fluids between compartments, just the hydrology of sustaining a flame. Mumbo jumbo for lay people, but this terminology can be found in Hydrogeology and Soil Physics that handles fluids moving on porous systems.
