In Tokyo, more precisely in the Yoyogi park, every Sunday is a show. All japanese that want to perform a show, a dance, a concert, a play, a martial art training, etc, is welcome there. This video shows a few but they are plenty!
The first group shown is this video showcases the famous rock-a-billy club at the entrance of the park. Then the less famous clap dancer and dribbling fan show a sample of what can be seen there _every_ week end.
