THAT'WS WHY HE HAS THE BIG COAT AND LONG UPPER SECTION TO THE COAT. THEN HE BRINGS IT BACK UNDER HIS COAT AND TIMES IT WITH THE APPEARANCE OF HIS OWN HEAD RISING AND APPARENTLY SETTLING ON HIS SHOULDERS . . . IT'S GREAT.

Hey cheeses, there are no fake heads - that would never work... don't you think someone would notice seeming as they are watching from 1m distance?!!
Its just a coat built onto a frame, when he sneezes he simply bends down and then drops onto his knees and the coat remains up on the frame.
Notice how his legs are not really ever in camera shot - thats to make it look more realistic... also you can see his knees dropping downwards inside the coat as he goes to the kneeling position!
Probobaly he has a second pair of shoes attached to his knees so it looks like he's still standing once he's dropped... from the front anywhoos.
ur rite, if u look closely atthe first one, the sleeves kinda stretches down a little. on the top, becus he isnt like getting down on his knees. hes just bending his knees a little. see the top part of his sleeves get stretched up a little.
