Tom Leppard, a retired soldier who lives on the Isle of Skye, Scotland, has had 99.9% of his body tattooed with a leopard-skin design. The only parts of his body that remain free of tattoos are the insides of his ears and the skin between his toes. Tom reckons he spent a total of about $7,000 on the tattoos, and says having the bony bits of the body tattooed, like the elbows, ankles and knees, were the most painful.

I'm from Scotland I've seen this guy on the box several times. The funny thing is, I S**t you not, the bar he is seen in is called the King Hakkon bar in Kyleakin the Isle of Skye (Scotland). I have played there many many times with a rock band (kick) years ago. Unfortunately I never met leopard man but it is true he is a legend up there. For those of you who have ever ventured in that part of the world I met and fell in love with a girl from the near by village of Dornie where Eilean Donan castle is. (the castle from the film Highlander)
